Our Store only sell motorcycle parts,including motorcycle light and other motorcycle parts.
*Warranty: 3 months for Lights & Lighting Category (excluding Light Bulbs), 45 days for the rest of the items.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer an absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 45 days(Lights-3 months) warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, tag-removed or misused items.
3. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us via email [email protected] for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay and you don’t like the products, and you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself)
Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
Full refund if you don’t receive your order;
Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time ;
Full or partial refund if the item is not as described;
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
